I would like to remind all members that our AGM is on 24th November at 7.30pm. As we cannot meet in the Town Hall because of Covid 19 restrictions, we will be holding this meeting online. All members who have given their email address will receive an email invitation shortly before the meeting. In the next few weeks you will also receive a letter asking you to confirm your email address and explaining how to prepare for the meeting.

In the meantime any items for the Agenda and nominations for the Committee should be with me before 10th November. The following posts are open for nomination; Secretary, Conservation, Recorder and 3 Committee Members. I would prefer to receive the information by email (cdabell@gmail.com), but you can also write to me or telephone me (the details of which are on our website or meeting card).
