The adult and juv, late morning/early afternoon. The first in our area for nine years.

Correction: eight years, but it feels much longer.

Haha! Cheers Russ. For anyone wondering, his comments were something along the lines of 'if you can't get good pictures in this light and at this distance, you might as well give up'. I'd probably been muttering about the light being too bright or something.

Fine pictures, David. The birds gave good views yesterday.
Might drive past Ingbirchworth later on to get another look, if they are still present.
