Had a ride over this afternoon, there is an EarnshawKay "For Sale" notice in the property albeit pushed over.
I've checked their web site but can't see anything.
Anyone heard anything?

I think this sign was at the junction of Steanard lane and Sands lane, and relates to house for sale further up Sands lane. I've noticed in the past for sale boards ending up in the lakes.
