Dear All

a birding mate of mine from Newfoundland is visiting the UK in April.  He'll poss do a flying visit here in 2nd week of April. He is keen to see some species and I would be grateful if anyone could let me know sites for the following - by private email

viewable day-time roosting tawny owl or a nesting site where birds can be seen well undisturbed

reliable site for lesser-spotted woodpecker - preferably a nest site that can be watched undisturbed

regards

Mick
